1987 - 1995: Reid and Reid Law Firm, Business and Trade Center, 200 N. Washington Square, Lansing, Michigan 48933-1384. Partner, February 1988. Federal and State Criminal Defense, Divorce and Family Law, and Commercial and Corporate Litigation.

1975 - 1987: Ingham County Prosecutor's Office, 303 W. Kalamazoo Street, Lansing, Michigan 48933. Chief Attorney, Priority Prosecution Unit (PPU). Investigated and prosecuted murder, drug, fraud, political corruption, habitual offender, and other priority cases. Supervision and training of attorneys in screening, investigation, pre-trial, trial, and disposition of criminal cases.

1973 - 1975: Legal Aid Association of Bexar County, 203 W. Nueva Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205. Law clerk while attending law school. Domestic relations, immigration, wills, tort defense, and bankruptcy.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

1989 - 1994: Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Adjunct Professor, "Lawyering Before Trial" and "Texas Civil Procedure." Judge in "Trial Workshop" program.

1991: National Business Institute, Inc. Faculty for Seminar, Administration of the Estate in Michigan in the area of Litigation and Probate.

1982 - 1988: Capitol Area Substance Abuse Commission. Chair (1984-1986). Supervise and coordinate funding and programming of substance abuse programs in four-county area.

1984 - 1987: East Lansing Child Abuse Task Force. Coordinate program and community resources.
